"Where is the Democrats' budget? The president's budget is not - if we put the president's budget for a vote today, I predict that maybe one, maybe no Democrat would vote for it. That's what happened last year. I think it's unfair to attack the Ryan budget, for anyone to attack it when they don't have a budget of their own. "
