Schiff: We may never find black box

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-California) and aviation journalist Stephen Trimble on why available upgrades to track planes are not being used. Trimble says that cost is the issue and Schiff points out that once the black box stops pinging on the thirtieth day, we might never find it.
