The Obama Administration promised that HealthCare.gov will begin to work by this weekend, but could the website be the least of the Affordable Care Act’s problems? In the latest twist, the Supreme Court accepted an appeal concerning mandated contraception coverage, and the site will be unable to enroll small businesses online for another year, making the new deadline November 2014… in other words, AFTER the midterm elections. Former Vermont Governor Howard Dean and Former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum are our guests.
