Graham on the troop withdrawal from Afghanistan

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) was asked Sunday about the troop withdrawal from Afghanistan and when he thinks the 66,000 troops currently serving there should leave, this ahead of Pres. Karzai's visit to the U.S.
