Cutter defends Biden's "chains" remark

Obama deputy camp. manager Stephanie Cutter says criticism of Joe Biden's "chains" comment is a "distraction."

"This faux outrage by Mitt Romney, complaining and whining about the tone of this race is really completely hypocritical."
