GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham says he doesn't think either party can agree on a debt limit increase before an August deadline. “I am going to focus on Plan A. That, to me, is the only plan that will work. It's the real deal, not a big deal. I think that’s going to be the Republican position."
White House Budget Director Jacob Lew says it's progress that both sides agree that the debt ceiling must be raised. Lew: "There might be a fringe who believes that playing with Armageddon is a good idea, but I don't think that's where the majority will be."
